• • 2 Combination pack each containing 1 mifepristone and 4 misoprostol (Total of 2 Mifepristone plus 8 Misoprostol)

Mifepristone blocks the effects of progesterone, a natural female hormone that is needed for the pregnancy to sustain. Without this hormone, the lining of the uterus (womb) breaks down as it does during a menstrual period and stops the growth of the pregnancy.

Misoprostol increases contractions of the uterus to cause abortion.

DIRECTIONS

1. First take one (1) Mifepristone tables. To help with nausea, take anti-nausea pills.
2. Wait 24 to 48 hours.
3. Take four (4) tablet of Misoprostol letting the tablet dissolve between your gums and cheeks for about 30 minutes. You can also put the pills under your tongue or in your vagina. If placed in your mouth, after 30 minutes what may be left of the pills can be swallowed. If placed in your vagina and if the pills falls out after 30 minutes, throw them away.
4. If you are 8 to 11 weeks pregnant, wait 4 hours after step 3 and then take 4 more tablets of misoprostol
